Publication scheme

What is the Publication Scheme?

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 establishes a general right of access to information held by public bodies, subject to certain exemptions.

The Publication Scheme provides direct access to information that the Science Museum Group makes available to the public. The Scheme also provides details of any charges that are payable to obtain the information.

The Science Museum Group is committed to proactively making available useful and current information, online wherever possible.
